An integrated control system that is directly connected to the EIL sites by modern helmets that are patented for remote control and diagnostics.
Each helmet is connected with its own IP address registered on the server and linked to a team of engineers who, in the event of a call, will provide immediate support to even less experienced operators, guiding them step by step also remotely.
