Our assistance service is active 24 hours a day – 365 days a year to resolve any downtime with minimum intervention times, thus reducing costs and inefficiencies.

Moreover, Eil offers a scheduled maintenance plan and a spare parts service that ensure consistent efficiency of the systems and the utmost as far as performance levels, all combined with the most up-to-date quality control systems.

Two service centers are active: one for Italy and one for countries abroad, both utilizing the most sophisticated and secure remote management systems.
